You need the Manage listings permission for these pages.

Relist unsold coins

Unsold coins shows the coins whose last outside auction lot did not sell. A coin shows here when a results import records its lot as unsold and stock is left.

For each coin, the page shows when it was last offered, its last prices, how many times it passed, and a start price for next time.

  1. Select the coins.
  2. Click Relist in a platform sale or List on eBay.
  3. For a platform sale, choose an open sale in Sale. For eBay, turn Publish now on or off.
  4. Check the price of each coin. Start prices come from each coin's past results. Change any price before you continue.
  5. Click the offer button. It shows the number of coins, such as Offer 3 coins.

Publish unpublished coins

Unpublished coins shows the coins that are ready to list but are on no channel. A coin shows here when its status is Unpublished. Set the status on the Coins page.

Select coins, then click one of these:

  • Publish changes the status of each coin from Unpublished to Available.
  • Edit changes the coins.
  • Add to a platform sale adds the coins as lots.
  • New catalog from template makes a new platform sale from a template.
  • List on eBay lists the coins from a template.
  • Delete deletes the coins and their history. You need the Delete coins permission.

Use listing templates

A listing template saves the settings for an outside auction catalog or for eBay listings.

  1. Go to Listing templates.
  2. Click New template.
  3. Type a Name. In For, choose Outside auction catalog or eBay listings.
  4. For a catalog, set the Platform, how you sell, the Buyer's premium and the Platform fee. Set the Low estimate, High estimate and Start price as a percent of each coin's value. You can set the reserve to the coin's cut bid.
  5. For eBay, set the Price change as a percent of the recommended price. Use -5 for 5% lower. You can set an eBay category ID, a Title prefix and Text after each description.
  6. Click Save template.

When you delete a template, the sales and listings made from it do not change.
