Connect Shippo, ShipStation and other services

Updated

You need the Manage settings permission to see Integrations.

The services

  • Shippo makes shipping labels and tracks packages.
  • ShipStation ships orders with more than one carrier.
  • Heritage Auctions: the app signs in to Heritage Auctions as you. It copies your auctions, lots and coins.
  • Resend sends email from your address.
  • Google Merchant Center shows your coins in Google Shopping.

eBay and Walmart do not connect here. Connect them on eBay and Walmart.

ShipStation keys do not go here. Save them on Shipping provider. That page also adds the webhook that tells CoinManagerPro when ShipStation ships an order. When ShipStation is connected, Integrations shows it in the list with a link to the Shipping provider page.

Connect a service

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Click Add integration.
  3. Click the service. For ShipStation, the app opens the Shipping provider page.
  4. Type the fields that the service asks for:
  • Shippo: the API token. Find the token in Shippo, under Settings and then API. Turn on Test mode to use the Shippo test account. Labels from test mode do not ship.
  • Heritage Auctions: the Heritage username and the Heritage password. The app stores the password encrypted. Only the Heritage connection uses it.
  • Resend: the API key. Find the key in Resend, under API Keys.
  • Google Merchant: the Merchant ID.
  1. Click Connect.

The list shows each service with its status: Active, Inactive or Error.

Test or remove a connection

Open the menu on the row of the service. For ShipStation, use the Shipping provider page.

  • Test connection checks that the keys work.
  • Remove disconnects the service. Workflow steps that use it can fail.

Use Shippo or ShipStation for shipping

After you connect Shippo or ShipStation, choose it as your shipping provider. See Workspace settings.
