How stock syncs across channels

Updated

CoinManagerPro keeps one stock count for each coin. Each listing offers what you have on hand.

What changes a listing

  • A sale in CoinManagerPro, an eBay order or a Walmart order takes the coin out of stock. The other listings of the coin then go down or show a lower quantity.
  • When the coin has no stock, the listing comes down and shows Out of stock. When stock comes back, the listing goes live again.
  • A coin on hold, on memo, checked out or in transit is off sale until it comes back. A coin in an auction lot comes off every marketplace until the lot is released.
  • A price, title or detail change you make on Listings goes to the marketplace.

A change to the coin's value does not change a listing price. Use Change price on Listings.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals shows the work that is left after a coin sells out.

  • Oversold coins: two sales took the same coin. Cancel or fill one of the orders. Then click Close oversell.
  • Lots to pull: lots of the coin in auction platform sales, such as HiBid or LiveAuctioneers. Pull each lot on the auction platform. Then click Mark pulled.
  • Waiting to come down: listings on other channels, such as eBay, Walmart, Flow Dealers or your storefront. CoinManagerPro tries again for about 30 minutes. Then it marks the withdrawal Failed. Click Retry to send it again.
  • Recent sell-outs: the last 50 coins that sold out, and the state on each channel.

The page loads new data every 30 seconds. Alerts go to the notifications list and by email. You can also send them to Slack from Stock alerts.

When a withdrawal fails

  1. Read the error on the task.
  2. Click Retry.
  3. If it fails again, end the listing on the marketplace yourself.

When you disconnect a marketplace, CoinManagerPro takes the live listings down first. If some do not come down, the app tells you to end them on the marketplace.
