Handle eBay and Walmart orders
Updated
Orders lists your eBay and Walmart orders. You need the Pick and ship permission.
How orders import
CoinManagerPro checks for new orders every few minutes. To check now, click Import eBay orders or Import Walmart orders.
When an order imports:
- A paid order gets an invoice. The invoice takes the coins out of stock, so the coins come down from the other channels.
- The buyer is added to Customers.
- A cancelled order voids its invoice. The coins go back in stock.
Each order line matches a coin by SKU, then by the marketplace listing. A line with no match shows No matching coin.
Order statuses
- Waiting for payment: the buyer has not paid yet. Do not ship it.
- Ready to ship: paid and not shipped.
- Shipped: tracking is on the order.
- Cancelled: do not ship it.
Ship an order
- Open the order.
- Click Print packing slip if you need one.
- Click Buy label to buy a label through Shippo or ShipStation. If you have no shipping account, click Connect a shipping account first.
- For a label you bought outside CoinManagerPro, click Add tracking. Choose the Carrier, enter the Tracking number, and click Mark shipped.
CoinManagerPro sends the tracking number to the marketplace. The Shipping section shows when the marketplace has it. If the tracking did not send, click Send again.
The order page
The page shows the items, the totals, the marketplace fees and You receive. The Invoice row links to the invoice. The Buyer section shows the buyer name, email and ship-to address.
When an order shows an error
The error shows at the top of the order. When the connection stopped:
- Go to eBay and Walmart.
- Click Connect again.
- Go back to Orders and click the import button.
