Take card payments on invoices
Updated
Buyers can pay an invoice by card through its pay link. First, set up a card processor. You need the Manage settings permission.
Set up Stripe
- Go to Invoice payments.
- In the Stripe section, click Set up Stripe.
- Complete the Stripe steps. Stripe sends you back to this page.
- If Stripe needs more details, click Continue Stripe setup. Click Check status to read the account again.
When Stripe can take payments, the section shows Ready. Stripe pays out to your bank account.
Set up Authorize.net
Use this when you have your own Authorize.net merchant account. Buyers enter card details on the Authorize.net payment form.
- In the Authorize.net section, choose the Account: Sandbox to test, or Production.
- Enter the API Login ID, the Transaction key and the Signature key. You find them in the Authorize.net Merchant Interface, under Account, then API Credentials and Keys.
- Click Save keys. CoinManagerPro checks the keys.
When the page shows Payment notices are set up., the setup is complete. If it does not, the page shows the webhook URL. Then do these steps:
- Click Copy the webhook URL.
- In the Merchant Interface, go to Account, then Webhooks.
- Add the webhook with the payment events that the page lists.
Choose the processor
- In the Card processor section, choose Stripe or Authorize.net. You can choose a processor only after its setup is complete.
- Turn Partial payments on to let buyers pay part of the amount due.
- Click Save.
Choose No online payments when buyers pay you outside CoinManagerPro.
After setup
Send the pay link with Email invoice or Copy pay link on the invoice. Copy pay link shows only when the chosen processor can take payments. A card payment shows in the invoice's Payments section. A refund on a return goes back to the card through the same processor.
