Set up your workspace

The Getting started list

The sidebar shows a Getting started card with a list of steps. The card shows how many steps are done. Each step is a link to the page where you do it. A step gets a check mark when the app finds the work done.

To hide the card, click Dismiss (the X) on the card. The card stays hidden for you in this workspace on all browsers and devices. Other members still see their own card.

The steps are:

• Add your first coin
• Create a category
• Ask the assistant
• Add a customer
• Connect an integration
• Import your coins
• Connect eBay, when you told us at signup that you sell on eBay
• Set up an auction sale, when you told us at signup that you sell at auctions

The order of the steps comes from your signup answers. Steps that are done move to the end. Import your coins comes first, unless you told us at signup that you hold under 500 coins. In that case, adding one coin by hand also completes the import step. A member who cannot see customers or change settings does not see those steps.

To make the list smaller, click the arrow on the card. The list stays small in this browser only. The card goes away when all steps are done.

Put your coins in

Choose the method that fits the coins you have:

• A spreadsheet of your stock, or an export from another system: Import coins. Save an Excel file as CSV first. See Import coins from a CSV file.
• A few coins: go to Coins and click Add coin or Quick add. A photo of the slab or coin can fill in the form. See Add a coin.
• Many coins with no spreadsheet: Photo intake. Take photos of the coins. The AI identifies each coin, and you review it. See Add many coins from photos.
