Manage AI privacy, connected apps and account deletion
Updated
AI assistant settings
AI assistant has two tabs: General and Prompts.
On General, the Privacy section sets how AI features use your data:
- Web search: CoinManagerPro shares search queries with outside search providers. Choose Always ask, On or Off.
- Share conversation data: share conversations to help improve the AI. Choose Always ask, On or Off.
- Train Flow's AI on confirmed coin reviews: keep the photos and the fields that you confirm in photo intake to train and test Flow's AI. Costs, prices, and seller and customer details are never kept. When you turn this off, the app deletes the reviews that it kept.
The changes save when you make them. The Usage section shows your AI credits for this period.
On Prompts, My prompts holds prompts that show in your chat composer. Other members do not see them.
To add a prompt:
- On Prompts, click Create prompt.
- Type the title and the prompt.
- Click Create prompt.
Connected apps
Connected apps shows the apps that you authorized to use CoinManagerPro for you, such as AI assistants. Each app shows its workspace, when you authorized it, when it was last used, and its permissions.
To stop an app:
- Click Revoke on the app.
- Click Revoke access.
The app loses access at once. To use it again, connect it again from the app.
Delete your account
You cannot undo this.
- Go to Delete account.
- Read what the app deletes and what it keeps.
- When the page shows You cannot delete your account yet, fix each item in the list, such as unpaid orders or open payment disputes. Then click Check again.
- When you are the only member of a workspace, export its data first. Then select I exported the workspace data, or I do not need it.
- In Type your email to confirm, type your sign-in email.
- Click Delete my account.
- Click Delete my account again to confirm.
The app signs you out on every device. When you are the only member of a workspace, the app closes it. 30 days later, it deletes the inventory, images, customers, purchases, contractors, sales and connections of the workspace. The app keeps issued invoices and consignor payout records, without customer details, for tax. If you sign up again with the same email, the data does not come back.
