Add photos to coins

Use this page for coins that are already in CoinManagerPro. For coins that are not in CoinManagerPro yet, use Photo intake.

You need the Edit coins permission.

Name the files

Put the SKU or the certificate number of the coin in the file name. For example, a file for the coin with SKU 1042 can have the name 1042_obv.jpg. Use JPEG, PNG or WebP, 15 MB or smaller.

Upload the photos

1. Go to Coins and click Add photos to coins.
2. Drop the photos on the page, or click to select them. You can add up to 500 photos at a time.
3. Check the status of each photo:

• Matched by SKU or Matched by certificate: the photo has a coin.
• More than one coin or No coin: click Pick coin and select the coin.
• To change the coin of a photo, click Change coin.

1. Optional: select a Stage for the photos: Intake, Graded, Listing or Sold.
2. Click Upload ... photos.

The page shows Uploaded or Not uploaded for each photo. When a photo does not upload, try again.

Add photos on the coin page

1. Open the coin from Coins.
2. Optional: select the Stage for new photos.
3. Drop photos on the photo area, or click to select photos.

Each photo has a menu with these items:

• Edit photo
• Make main photo
• Stage
• Delete photo

The Photo timeline shows the photos by stage.
